A 900 gram loaf tin, which is the size most British and American bread and cake recipes are written for even when they do not say so. The corners are rolled rather than folded, so batter cannot creep into a seam and stick there, and the walls flare very slightly so a loaf turns out without persuasion.
Features
- 900 g (2 lb) capacity, the standard recipe size
- Rolled corners, no seam for batter to get into
- Walls flare 3 degrees so a loaf releases cleanly
- 1.5 L batter capacity
- Non stick coated carbon steel
- Rolled rim, will not warp
