Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information SALVARO GROUP LLC collects when you use salvaroshop.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

SALVARO GROUP LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, #38851, Casper, WY 82609, United States. What we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information and we have no reason to. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Why we are allowed to hold it

• To perform a contract. We cannot ship you a parcel without your address.
• To meet a legal obligation. Tax and accounting rules require us to keep sales records.
• For our legitimate interests. Preventing fraud, securing the site and improving it.
• With your consent. Marketing email and non essential cookies, both of which you opt into and can leave at any time.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the companies that make the shop work, and with nobody else:

• Payment processor. Receives your card details directly and the order total, so that it can take payment.
• Shipping carriers (USPS and UPS). Receive your name, delivery address and telephone number, so that they can deliver the parcel.
• Email provider. Receives your email address so that we can send order confirmations and, if you asked for it, marketing.
• Hosting provider. Stores the site and its database on servers in the United States.

How long we keep it

• Order and transaction records: seven years, because tax law requires it.
• Account records: until you ask us to close the account, then 30 days.
• Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe, then two years as proof the consent existed.
• Correspondence: three years from the last message.
• Server logs: 90 days.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we will honour the following on request:

• Access. A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction. Anything wrong put right.
• Deletion. Your information erased, except records we are legally required to keep.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not sell or share personal information, but you may ask us to confirm that in writing.
• Withdraw consent. Unsubscribe from marketing with the link in any email, or tell us and we will do it.
• Non discrimination. Exercising any of these rights will never affect the price you pay or the service you receive.

Email contact@salvaroshop.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We reply within 30 days and we do not charge for it. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address on the order.

If you are a California resident, the rights above are those given to you by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. You may use an authorised agent, and we will require written proof of their authority.

Security

The site is served entirely over TLS. Access to the order database is restricted to named staff accounts protected by strong passwords and two factor authentication. Passwords are stored hashed. We review access rights when anyone joins or leaves. If a breach occurs that is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant we will say so on the home page and, where the change concerns marketing, email you.
