What to include

If your question is about an existing order, put the order number in the subject line. It is in your confirmation email and starts with a hash. That one detail is usually the difference between an answer in an hour and a round of questions.

Common questions, answered faster elsewhere

• Where is my order? Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or our Track Your Order page.
• I want to return something. Email us with the order number and we will send a prepaid label. The full terms are on the Returns and Refunds page.
• How long does delivery take? Three to six business days to the contiguous US, after one business day of processing. Details on the Shipping page.
• Will this tin fit my recipe? Every tin states its interior dimensions and batter capacity in millilitres on its product page. If you are still unsure, send us the recipe and we will tell you.

Advice before you buy

We are happy to be asked. Tell us what you bake, how often, and what you already own, and we will tell you what to buy and in what order. We will also tell you when something in our own range is more than you need, which happens more often than you might expect from a shop.
