Twenty eight centimetres with a loose base and a proper deep flute. A shallow flute rounds off in the oven and you lose the edge you carefully pressed in. These are cut deep enough to hold their shape, and the base pushes up so the tart leaves the tin without you having to turn it over.
Features
- 28 cm, the standard size for a six to eight portion tart
- Deep flute, holds its definition through the bake
- Loose base, push the tart out from underneath

- Fits a standard 60 cm oven shelf with room around it
