Care and cleaning
- Wipe the plate with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it; water in the sealed bearing is the one thing that will kill it.
- Never put it in a dishwasher.
- If it ever slows, wipe around the bearing collar with a dry cloth. Do not oil it; the bearing is sealed and packed.
