A straight beech pin with four pairs of removable rings that hold it off the bench at a fixed height. Biscuits that are all the same thickness bake in the same time, which is the whole problem the rings solve. Take them off and it is an ordinary straight pin.

Care and cleaning
- Wipe the beech barrel and dry it. Do not soak it or put it in a dishwasher.
- The rings can be washed separately in warm water.
- Check a ring is fully seated before you roll; a half clipped ring gives you a wedge.
