Care and cleaning
- Wipe the handle. Never soak walnut and never put it in a dishwasher.
- Change the blade with the guard on and your fingers on the flat of the blade, not the edge.
- Dry the blade after use or carbon steel will spot. Store it with the guard fitted and out of reach of children.
