Two layers of fine mesh in a twenty centimetre frame. Two layers catch the bran and the lumps a single layer lets through, and they aerate the flour more than one pass through a coarse sieve ever will. Two rim hooks let it sit across a bowl so you have both hands free.

Care and cleaning
- Tap the flour through rather than pushing it with a spoon; pushing forces the mesh out of shape.
- Wash from the underside so anything caught goes back the way it came.
- Dry it fully before storing. Damp flour in a double mesh sets like paste.
What is in the box
